These Terms of Service apply to every purchase from Pulse Racegear (pulseracegear.com). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Before checkout you are asked to tick a box confirming this, and that confirmation is saved with your order.

1. Our Products

We sell replica racing suits, shirts, caps and accessories inspired by motorsport. Our products are fan replicas. They are not official team merchandise, are not affiliated with or endorsed by Formula 1 or any racing team, and are not fire-resistant or certified for racing use.

Colours and details may vary slightly from photos. Please check the size guide before ordering. Choosing the correct size is your responsibility.

2. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may be displayed in your local currency for convenience. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes in your country, where charged, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Order Processing

Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, your order is processed and dispatched, and made-to-order and personalised suits move into production. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable or if we suspect fraud.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, email support@pulseracegear.com with your order number within that time.

After 24 hours your order has been processed (or production has started) and cannot be cancelled or stopped. You can still return it under our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which explains the fees and costs that apply.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address, by customs, or by the courier after dispatch. Parcels that are refused, not collected or returned because of an incorrect address are treated as change of mind returns.

6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Returns must be requested within 2 days of receiving your parcel. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

If there is a problem with your order, please email us first so we can fix it quickly. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute instead, we will share your order details, your agreement to these Terms and the shipping records with the payment provider.

8. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

9. Limitation of Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
