Please read this policy before placing your order. You confirm that you agree to it at checkout.

1. Cancelling Your Order

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, email support@pulseracegear.com with your order number and the word "Cancel". Orders cancelled within 24 hours are refunded in full.

After 24 hours your order has been processed (or has entered production), so it can no longer be cancelled or stopped. You can still return it under our Cancellation & Refund Policy once it arrives.

2. Returns

Returns must be requested within 2 days of receiving your parcel.

3. Pay After Delivery

Orders using the Pay After Delivery payment method follow the same 24-hour cancellation rule. These orders will be cancelled if we do not receive confirmation from the customer.

4. Fraud Risk Management

To protect our customers and our business, orders flagged as high-risk for fraud may be cancelled. The customer will be notified in such cases.

⚠️ Important Notice

Please contact us directly first if you have any issue with your order instead of opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. When a chargeback is opened, your order and payment may be frozen by the payment system, which causes extra delays. By emailing us first, we can resolve your issue faster.
