Order Processing & Manufacturing Details

Once you place an order, we process it within 1-2 days and then proceed to manufacturing. Here’s what you need to know about our refund and exchange policies at different stages of your order:

Post-Manufacturing Cancellation:

Within 48 Hours of Order Placement: If you change your mind within 48 hours after placing your order, you are eligible for a full refund.

After 48 Hours: Once your suit moves into the production phase, a full refund is no longer possible. Instead, a 15% non-refundable fee will be deducted from the total amount, with the remainder refunded to you.

Change of Mind After Fulfillment: If you decide you no longer want the suit after it has been delivered, please note that 35% of the total amount will be retained as a non-refundable fee.

Return Policy: Size Selection

Please be aware that if you select the wrong size when placing your order, the item is non-refundable. We strongly advise you to consult our size guide and ensure accurate measurements before completing your purchase. Selecting the correct size is essential to avoid any inconvenience.

Address Verification:

Occasionally, customers may provide incorrect shipping addresses. Our team works diligently to verify such discrepancies and will attempt to contact you for confirmation. If there is no response and a delivery delay occurs, returns cannot be accepted. If the error is on our part, we will take full responsibility and offer two solutions: a 100% refund or an expedited exchange (recommended).

Customs Delays:

Please note that customs delays are beyond our control. The time required to clear customs can vary, and we cannot accept returns due to customs delays. If our support team takes responsibility for customs delays, we will keep you continually updated on your suit’s status. In case of any errors on our part, we will address the issue promptly.

Exchange Policy – Pulse Race Gear

If you’d like to exchange your race suit for another size or model, please follow the steps below:

1. Submit Your Request
Email our support team at support@pulseracegear.com with your order details and the size or model you’d like to exchange for.

2. Review & Approval
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and reply with confirmation and the next steps to complete your exchange.

3. Shipping & Handling Fees
All shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. A handling and repackaging fee of 25 AUD also applies to each exchange request.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure your suit fits perfectly and meets your expectations.

Easy Returns:

We offer 7 days return window for all our customers. In case if you don't like the item, you can return it within 7 days. To return your suit, pack it securely and contact us for authorization before shipping. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
