Insgesamt war es eine tolle Erfahrung!! Ich habe viel hilfreiche Unterstützung per E-Mail erhalten, alle Antworten kamen schnell und sie halfen mir bei allen Fragen, die ich hatte. Ich erhielt auch Folgeunterstützung bei der Sendungsverfolgung und Updates zum aktuellen Lieferort, da es leider zu einer Verzögerung kam, die außerhalb der Kontrolle des Unternehmens lag. Der Kundenservice war fantastisch, eine der besten Kundenservice-Erfahrungen, die ich je hatte. Was den Anzug betrifft, so kam er gut verpackt und in gutem Zustand an. Es gab keine Probleme mit Beschädigungen am Anzug und man konnte erkennen, dass er gut verarbeitet und vor dem Versand gepflegt wurde. Das einzige Problem, das ich hatte, war die Größe, aber damit kann ich leben, da ich den Anzug nicht oft tragen werde. Ich wünschte, sie hätten die Oberschenkelmaße in der Größentabelle angegeben, da ich damit in Bezug auf die Passform Probleme hatte. Nachdem ich dies vor meiner Bewertung vorgeschlagen hatte, verstanden sie mein Feedback und haben es in alle Größentabellen aufgenommen. Der Schritt sitzt tief, aber da es sich um Unisex-Größen handelt, war dies zu erwarten und ich bin darüber nicht verärgert. Material seems to be of very good…

Material seems to be of very good quality. The custom name, number, flag looks clear and great. Unfortunately I cannot fully get it on as the shoulder width is too small to fit and the inseam is too high up effectively making it very uncomfortable and painful in the lower private areas. I think it looks very cool and good quality but I cannot get it on due to it running very small and I’m a medium and used the the proper measurements which also recommended a medium.
