I was initially skeptical about ordering this suit, concerned it might be a scam or of poor quality. However, my experience with Pulse completely exceeded my expectations. The agent was exceptionally friendly and responsive, and shipping was quicker than anticipated.When the suit arrived, I was genuinely impressed by its detail and craftsmanship—everything looked flawless. My only minor issue was that the fit was a bit snug; I usually wear LG/XL and should have opted for XXL. Despite this, the suit is absolutely worth it. Overall I had a great experience!! I received a lot of helpful assistance via emails, all replies were quick and they helped me with any questions I had. I received follow up assistance with tracking and updates on where my delivery was as well due to unfortunately facing a delay which was out of the business’ control. The customer service was amazing, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. In terms of the suit, it came well packaged and in good condition. Overall I had a great experience!!
