Dans l'ensemble, j'ai eu une excellente expérience !! J'ai reçu beaucoup d'aide utile par e-mail, toutes les réponses ont été rapides et ils m'ont aidé avec toutes les questions que j'avais. J'ai reçu une assistance de suivi avec le suivi et les mises à jour sur l'endroit où se trouvait ma livraison, car j'ai malheureusement dû faire face à un retard qui était hors de contrôle de l'entreprise. Le service client était incroyable, l'une des meilleures expériences de service client que j'ai eues. En ce qui concerne le costume, il est arrivé bien emballé et en bon état. Il n'y a eu aucun problème avec des parties endommagées du costume et on pouvait dire qu'il était bien fait et pris en charge avant d'être envoyé pour livraison. Le seul problème que j'ai eu était la taille, même si je peux m'en accommoder car je ne porterai pas souvent le costume. J'aurais aimé qu'ils aient les mesures des cuisses sur le guide des tailles, car c'est ce qui m'a posé problème en termes d'ajustement. Cependant, après avoir suggéré cela avant mon avis, ils ont compris mon commentaire et l'ont pris en compte pour l'inclure dans tous les guides des tailles. L'entrejambe est bas, mais comme il s'agit d'une taille unisexe, c'était à prévoir et je ne suis pas contrarié à ce sujet. Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience que j’ai vécue a été incroyable et je recommanderais certainement Pulse Racegear à d’autres s’ils recherchaient une réplique de combinaison. Friendly support and unexpectedly good quality. It actually feels like a proper suit you would wear in karting. Prints are incredible too like they were sewn in the fabric. Material seems to be of very good…

Material seems to be of very good quality. The custom name, number, flag looks clear and great. Unfortunately I cannot fully get it on as the shoulder width is too small to fit and the inseam is too high up effectively making it very uncomfortable and painful in the lower private areas. I think it looks very cool and good quality but I cannot get it on due to it running very small and I’m a medium and used the the proper measurements which also recommended a medium.
